Kim Luu is a conscious creator, mom, grandma, and entrepreneur with a deep passion for healing and transformation. She works with inner child healing,  and shadow work, guiding people to uncover what is unconsciously at play so that the patterns formed by trauma can finally be seen, understood, and healed.

The 4 Seasons Sacred Sisterhood — Pilot Circle

On Sunday, February 15 from 12:00 to 14:30, we invite you into an intimate pilot circle of The 4 Seasons Sacred Sisterhood.

What we are creating is not a series of events, but an initiation into Sacred Sisterhood.
A held, embodied and invitational space for women who have already done inner work and feel the call to go deeper. Not by adding more, but by remembering what has been lost.

For centuries, women gathered in circles to mark transitions, share wisdom and be held by rhythm, ritual and community. Through circle, ceremony and seasonal rhythm, we consciously bring this ancient wisdom back, not as theory, but as lived experience in the body.

This pilot offers a first introduction to a cyclical journey inspired by the four seasons of womanhood: Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman and Sage. These are not fixed life stages, but inner seasons every woman moves through again and again in her body, relationships and personal development.

The focus of this gathering is not on explanation or fixing, but on presence, embodiment and recognition. We are not teachers or guides. We are space holders. The field and the sisterhood itself do the work.
This pilot circle is an invitation to feel whether this journey resonates with you, before committing to the full seasonal series.

Led by two powerhouses:
Muriel Dalmulder bridges intuition and intellect, ancient wisdom and modern science. Rooted in both Surinamese culture and Western psychology, she weaves neuroscience, mindfulness, breathwork and embodied awareness into spaces where transformation feels safe, grounded and real.
Kim Luu, founder of SØSOUL Inner Sanctuary, creates sanctuaries for deep inner work, ritual and reconnection. With her grounded presence and devotion to embodied healing, she holds space where women can slow down, remember and return to themselves.

Re-opening Blessing at SØSOUL

This Healing Writing Circle invites you to slow down and connect with the voice of your soul. Through intuitive writing, guided meditation and gentle reflection, you enter a space where your inner truth becomes clearer and your emotional world feels safe to explore.

We begin with a grounding meditation to create calm and presence. From there you move into intuitive writing exercises that support free expression, emotional clarity and inner guidance. These practices help you access deeper layers of yourself, soften self-judgment and open room for healing.

You are invited to write freely, to let your mind rest and allow your intuition to speak. Through optional sharing and group reflections, you gain new perspectives while being held in a warm and supportive circle. No writing experience is required; only openness and the willingness to listen within.

You will be encouraged to build a simple writing practice at home, so the connection you create during the circle can continue to unfold in daily life. The intention is to deepen self awareness, strengthen your inner voice and bring clarity to your emotional landscape.

Facilitated by Hana Ahmed
Hana is a Self Empowerment Coach with a background in Journalism and Psychology. She is an ICF Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and member of the Relationship Coaching Institute. With her experience in healing, writing and conscious relationship work, Hana creates a grounded and compassionate space for authentic expression and honest self exploration.

Healing Writing Circle

Step away from your workday to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. This 30-min lunchtime session is dedicated solely to meditation and grounding. You’ll be guided through practices designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance, so you can return to your afternoon feeling refreshed and centered.

To make it extra cozy, a cup of matcha is included: enjoy it after the meditation as part of your ritual. 

No changing of clothing or experience is needed. This is your time to step out of the work rhythm, let go of stress, and nurture a sense of calm and clarity in the middle of your day. 

We invite you to make presence part of your workday rhythm, a small practice that can shift the way the rest of your day unfolds.

Start your day in a way that feels calm, clear, and truly yours.

We begin with a cacao ritual to gently arrive in the body and create a moment of gratitude. It is a simple and grounding way to slow down and connect before the day begins.
From there, we move into guided journaling. You are invited to write from what is present, without pressure or overthinking. This is where insight, direction, and a deeper connection with yourself can unfold naturally.
This session supports you in strengthening your connection with yourself and your creative capacity. It helps you move through your day with more awareness, making choices that are aligned with what truly matters to you.

Practical information
We often work with herbs in the cacao. If you have any allergies, please let us know in advance.
You can come in your regular clothes. We sit on meditation cushions.
