1-Entry Drop In

Step away from your workday to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. This 30-min lunchtime session is dedicated solely to meditation and grounding. You’ll be guided through practices designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance, so you can return to your afternoon feeling refreshed and centered.

To make it extra cozy, a cup of matcha is included: enjoy it after the meditation as part of your ritual. 

No changing of clothing or experience is needed. This is your time to step out of the work rhythm, let go of stress, and nurture a sense of calm and clarity in the middle of your day. 

We invite you to make presence part of your workday rhythm, a small practice that can shift the way the rest of your day unfolds.

Chakra Yoga – 45-Minute Guided Session with Closing Tea

Guided by a Reiki Master & Teacher

Step into a gentle 45-minute Chakra Yoga journey designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and realign your energetic body.
This session combines seven gentle Yin poses, each dedicated to one of the main chakras, inviting slow openings, emotional clarity, and grounded presence.

Guided by a certified Reiki Master & Teacher, the practice weaves subtle energetic awareness into every posture. Each pose is held with stillness and intention, allowing the chakras to soften, balance, and reconnect with their natural flow. As the body settles, Reiki guidance supports deeper relaxation and helps dissolve stagnant energy.

We move mindfully from the Root to the Crown, allowing each chakra its own moment of attention, breath, and release. The practice closes with organic herbal tea, giving space for integration and a gentle transition back into your day.

Chakra Yoga & Closing Tea

Morning Reset: Reiki Restoration is a gentle yet powerful space for deep rest, recalibration, and renewal at the start of your day. Designed to support the transition from activity into presence, this session invites you to slow down, soften, and return to yourself before the outside world takes over.

Rooted in both energetic wisdom and psychological safety, this experience supports emotional release and nervous system regulation: especially for those carrying tension, overwhelm, or the quiet weight of daily life.

Participants lie down comfortably in a shared space and are guided through a deeply relaxing meditation. Reiki is offered collectively, working with the energy of the group as a whole rather than through individual one-to-one treatment. A sound bowl is gently incorporated to deepen relaxation and support the body in settling into parasympathetic rest.

The session is guided by a Reiki Master & Teacher with a Master’s degree in Psychology, ensuring a trauma-aware approach that honors the nervous system and the body’s natural pace. Through grounding, intentional breath, and hands-off Reiki, each participant is invited into calm awareness: a state where the body can soften and the energy field can restore balance.

This experience is about allowing the system to rest, integrate, and be supported.
